As a young girl, she dreamed of academic achievements but soon discovered that it wasn't her calling because she was neither good at school nor did she enjoy it. She also didn't have many friends, however, a certain group took a great interest in her.

That was the group of boys from the school. Many of them had a hard time keeping their eyes off Sara because she is incredibly attractive. They were willing to do anything for her, and she became very adept at leveraging this to her advantage and almost became addicted to it.

This friend was a local reporter who had recently been assigned to conduct interviews with the girls at the Playboy mansion. Despite not having worked there for long enough yet, Sara was spotted at the house by the journalist who recognized her immediately.

The solution to Sara's problem came from an outside source, which fortunately presented itself to her. The playboy mansion was relatively private, but they allowed a few outsiders to occasionally come through their doors for various reasons.

A Savior For Sara Arrives

Usually, these people were guests or business partners who needed to be impressed, so they received the special Playboy mansion treatment. Also, from time to time, workers came to do home repairs or special photoshoots with the girls. One of these workers actually turned out to be Sara's savior.

Sara was instantly drawn to this man when he walked into the building. His name was David. A carpenter by profession, David was only a couple of years older than Sara. Sara was initially quite excited about getting a job again. The Playboy mansion gave her a sense of purpose and productivity. For a long time, she had relied on David, and she never quite liked how this made her feel. Having her independence back was something she needed.

While David never explicitly asked Sara how much she made from tips, he began to wonder as time passed. Especially because Sara was constantly bringing home some very expensive items that David could not imagine anyone would be able to pay for just with hotel tips...

David’s Suspicions

He had seen new bags, coats, makeup, sunglasses, and other items being brought into the house. Was he to assume they were all purchased with Sara's tips? Despite David's lack of knowledge about these items and their exact prices, he recognized the brand and knew that if someone like him could do that, they must be expensive...

However, David didn't want to confront Sara with his doubts and worries even though he had questions. For now, at least. It really helped them out financially that she started working again, and he had no evidence that his worries were founded. It wasn't long before David found the evidence...

An Appealing Outfit Gone Missing

In light of his suspicions, David became more interested in what Sara was doing when she wasn't with him. The more he paid attention, the more worried he became. One time, Sara brought home a very cute and racy outfit that reminded him of when they met in the playboy mansion. David absolutely loved it but never saw her wearing it again.

As David had expressed his love for it multiple times, he wondered why. But one night when Sara was working, he started doing laundry and noticed that the outfit was nowhere to be found. Could it have been thrown away? Would she have kept it somewhere else?

After being placed on hold for about 5 minutes, David has a chance to think. He wonders what he was doing. His paranoia had completely taken over his mind. He felt it was impossible for her to do something like this. And then the voice on the other line said something devastating.

No Employee Called Sara

Upon checking their company records, the front desk employee discovered that Sara was not employed at that company that evening. Even after calling all the supervisors present, she was unable to find Sara on their roster. The hotel had no record of anyone by that name working there.

It is at this moment, as the words left the lips of the woman on the other end of the telephone line, that David felt his whole world collapse in on itself, and suddenly all the worst-case scenarios that he had been pushing to the back of his mind started to flash back into his consciousness.

Trying To Stay Calm

Without saying another word, David hung up the phone with the hotel. Standing there with the horn in his hand, he contemplated what should be done for 15 minutes. It was vital to come up with a plan that wasn't solely influenced by his current emotions, so he tried to calm down.

David knew Sara had misled him because he had the evidence showing she had lied about her job. Could she have lied about anything else? He was still not sure what was going on with her. How did she spend her time when she wasn't at the hotel? All he had in his head was his speculations...

Getting Sara’s Text

While still in deep thought, David felt his phone vibrate briefly in his hand and glanced at the lit-up screen. A text had come in from Sara. She apologized for missing his calls and asked him what was up. Despite his desire to confront Sara over the phone about what he discovered, David couldn't let his emotions take over. Not yet...

As a result of Sara's hiding, David fears that if he confronted her about it all, she might not be honest with him and make up another excuse that would be impossible to disprove. He must figure it out himself before he can rest his mind.

A Clever Plan

Texting Sara back, he told her he just called because he missed her and was feeling lonely. Since he had done that before that month, he knew that it would not raise any suspicion. Sarah responds compassionately and asks if there is anything she can do. David was exactly hoping for this response.

Then David asks Sara if maybe she could send him a photo of her so he can look at it until she gets home. The photos he had of her had already been viewed a million times. Sara responds to the text almost 20 minutes after seeing it this time. But at the same time, pictures appear.

Finding Evidence

Sara sent him three pictures in which she appeared to be wearing clothing that would not look out of place on a hotel staff member, and even the room in which Sara stayed resembled a hotel room. Sara had no idea that her cover of the hotel had been blown.

David already had his suspicions, but didn’t know exactly what was going on. He however knew she had lied about the hotel, so he scrutinized the photos carefully for any evidence that would support his suspicions. He really hoped that he would be wrong, but then he finally saw something...

Was Sara Cheating?

Upon closely inspecting the photographs, David noticed that Sara was not wearing her wedding ring in any of the photographs. Sara had clearly tried her best to make it look as inconspicuous as possible! Despite his disbelief, Davids knows there is only one possible explanation...

Sarah must be cheating on him. Her taking off her wedding ring has no other explanation. After sending Sara a thank you, David puts his phone away as his hands shake from rage. This is something he will not discuss over the phone, so he will wait until he can confront her face to face.

A Looming Divorce

David is going through a very difficult time right now. Why would she do this to him? Was it really worth it after all he had done for her and all they had experienced together? Despite his love for Sara, David can't forgive cheating. Realizing this, he makes up his mind. In the morning, he'll file for divorce.

David knows that Sara won't be home until late that night, but he couldn’t sleep, so he decides to stay up until she is home. He needed to at least tell her why he decided to leave her. Having waited for hours, he finally hears the front door open.

Staying Up Late At Night

Sara finally returns home around 3am. Exhausted after the night she had, she wonders how long she can keep up with this schedule. However, she knows that she must do it since they are still not back on their feet. It would be nice if she could spend all the money she was earning without David noticing.

Sara is surprised to find that the light in the living room is still on when she opens the front door and even more surprised to see David still sitting there instead of sleeping. At this time, he would usually be in bed as he had to get up early the next morning.

Sara Gets The Heat

Based on the texts he sent to her the night before, Sara's first thought is that he probably missed her so much he stayed up for her. Sara smiles at this thought. However, when Sara looks into David's bloodshot eyes, she realizes that those are not the eyes of someone who missed her. She knows something is very wrong.

David starts screaming at her. His emotions have been accumulating for so long that he cannot stop them. He wishes to tell her everything that has happened. Sara finally gets the chance to explain herself after he calms down a bit.

Finally, Honesty From Sara

Sara tells him with tears in her eyes that she has not cheated on him with anyone. The truth is that she lied to him about her job at the hotel, but it was only because she was ashamed to reveal what she was really doing. However, she was left with no choice now and was forced to tell David.

Sara was employed as a waitress at a local club for the rich to entertain them with eye candy while their drinks were being served. She received a job offer from the club because it was the only place that accepted her experience as a Playboy bunny.

She Didn’t Like The Job

There were a lot of dirty men there, making googly eyes at her and yelling obscenities. Sara detested working there. Sara returned to the job search immediately, but this time, she had a lot less pressure on her. Good thing that they had been able to save a good chunk of her earnings from her employment at the gentlemen's club. Plus, David's carpentry job was still going well, so their financial situation was still in a much better status.

Sara eventually found employment as a waitress again. But unlike the last time, she didn't have to rely on her looks to make this gig work. David and Sara reconnected slowly but surely the right way, and Sara promised never to take off her wedding ring ever again.
